The Digitization Fair ’14 was focusing on what IT means for the local authorities everyday life in Denmark – a theme that hits the spot in relation to the solutions we provide at Tricom. The public sector is facing constant demands for changes in business processes related to procurement for greater compliance – and requirements for more transparency regarding public spend. It requires good and user-friendly systems that can effectively help public institutions in a busy everyday. This is where Tricom comes into the picture. With Tricommerce procurement solution and our product for procurement analytics, we are helping to ensure that budgets are adhered, time is being saved and that fees are avoided.
In the health care sector the focus is on how the welfare technology can help to ensure more hands to care tasks and how IT can help improve job satisfaction for employees as well as enhance the services offered to citizens. At the Digitization Fair Tricom presented the touch-based procurement solution “The cashless nursing home” which helps to eliminate the need for the handling of cash and provide additional options for ordering everything from trips to kiosk products and services such as haircuts or podiatry.
