A new exciting year has begun, and at Tricom we start the year by welcoming two new colleagues.
It is with great pleasure that we can present the employment of our new colleagues Thomas and Fernando.
Thomas Jacobsen
Thomas will start as new Team Lead of our Customer Care. Here he will work with not only the 1st and 2nd level support, but equally with customer dialogue regarding the operation/availability of our solutions, training in the use of our products, gathering information regarding feature requests from our customers, implementation of customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
Thomas comes from a position as Technical Coordinator at BILLETnet A/S.
Fernando Bravo Biehler
Fernando starts as Full Stack Developer in our development department and will help us ensure the continued development of our product portfolio. He will work primarily in the areas of HTML5, CSS/LESS, AngularJS, node.js, C#, Javascript, MS-SQL, NoSQL, Docker/Containers/ Micro Services etc.
Fernando comes from a position as User Interface Systems Architect at Ibistic Technologies in Malaga.
